How to get the CTF discount from Comcast
1. Check to see if your school is on the CTF spreadsheet (.csv) | county code (.csv)
- For more information on CTF go to the California Teleconnect Fund website.
2. Get your CTF Letter of Approval from if you do not have a copy of your letter from the California Public Utilities Commision (CPUC).
- Contact Karo Serle ([email protected]) - Applicant Eligibility Requirements
3. Set up new service or call Comcast 800-391-3000 to upgrade your internet speed.
- If you have a national Comcast account, you will need to email [email protected]
to make changes to your plan.
- Don't mention CTF as they won't know what you're talking about. Just call to make any changes to your plan.
4. Email [email protected] a copy of your CTF Letter of Approval and ask her to kindly apply the 50% discount*.
